Senior Manager, Business Strategy Are you ready to revolutionize travel payments? We are Outpayce, and we're crafting a payments ecosystem that links travel companies to the latest travel fintech innovations, aiming to enhance the payment experience for travelers worldwide
Your day-to-day responsibilities: Develop successful strategies that will underpin the sustainable profitable growth of OutpayceWork with the Outpayce leadership team (namely the CEO of Outpayce, the Head of Product Management, and the Head of Sales), and corporate functions (Finance, Legal) teams to plan, design, launch, and scale strategic initiatives aimed at positioning the organization for long-term success in the payments marketProvide strategic guidance and influence on all matters related to Outpayce growth strategy (for instance, assessing the impact of regulatory alteration), and act as a pivotal link between the strategy and the day-to-day operations of the businessSupport strategies' execution by managing information flow and ensuring appropriate communication cascade among the matrixed and cross-functional organizationLead collaboratively through influence and direct, as appropriate, cross-functional project teamsWhat we're seeking: Experience in business and commercial strategyPrior experience working in a global, multinational companyA good understanding of the payments landscapeA good understanding of the travel industryWhat do we offer?
