We are looking for anexperienced ComplianceOfficer(m/f/d) for any ofour offices at the earliest possible date.The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring regulatory compliance, providing strategic advice, and supporting the Bank's journey into the digital space. While the primary focus will be on the German market, the role will encompass other European countries as well. We are convinced that we can only achieve our goals as a diverse community.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and ensure compliance with local legislation and EU-wide legal requirements.Provide insights and advice on key regulatory aspects related to the Bank's digital transformation.Prioritize and address regulatory matters related to consumer protection, financial crime, and payments.Identify potential risks and areas requiring remediation while aligning with the Bank's strategic goals.Offer solid advice to business units, emphasizing compliance, governance, and risk management.Interpret complex legal requirements and assess their implementation in an operational setting.Qualifications and Experience:University degree in law, STEM, or economics.In-depth knowledge and previous work experience with European regulations in consumer credit, banking, and fintech/payments.Prior experience in audit or control functions, with familiarity in working within a second line/independent control function.Proven ability to conduct audits, compile detailed findings, and present recommendations.What we offer:Attractive remuneration.Independent work in an international team.Pleasant working atmosphere with flat hierarchies, an open-door policy and an informal culture.Centrally located office in Berlin-Mitte with very good public transport connections.38 hours/week.30 days vacation per year.Company pension scheme.Subsidy for the public transport ticket.Permanent position.#J-18808-Ljbffr
