Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Care Advisor will be:Answering incoming customer queries promptlyIdentifying issues and providing effective solutions to ensure customer satisfactionRecording customer data accurately in the CRM systemProviding ad-hoc support as requiredBeing a team player and collaborating for the success of the team and projectWhat's in it for you?Possibility to work either 39h/week or 30h/weekSalary Package of 1810€/ month gross OR 1392€/ month grossIndefinite contract (probation period 2 months)Working hours from Mo-Fr 9 AM to 6 PM (39h) OR 9 AM to 3 PM (30h)Hybrid position (33% in the office)Working in an international Team on site in Poblenou, BarcelonaHybrid Training of 8 days (nearly fully paid)Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:A native-level proficiency in German and a C1 level of EnglishA valid Spanish work permit (required)Start availability on 12/08, 26/08 or 09/09Living in BarcelonaExcellent listening skills and proficient communication abilitiesA drive for excellence and professionalismStrong teamwork skills and dedication to collaborative successExcitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyleYour Future Company:Your future company is a global leader in the BPO industry.
