Actualmente, estamos en búsqueda de un Head of Growth - Marketing. Nuestro partner, una start-up, con HQ en Barcelona y presencia internacional, cuenta con +100 empleados en poco más de 2 años, cuya aplicación, con IA, ofrece distintas técnicas de marketing y growth, con el objetivo de maximizar los beneficios a sus clientes (pymes), abriendo oficinas en Tenerife estamos buscando un referente que ayude a construir el equipo.

El rol: Tu misión será liderar integralmente el área de Marketing. Como parte fundamental del equipo, serás responsable de diseñar y ejecutar estrategias innovadoras que impulsen el crecimiento de la empresa, aumenten la visibilidad de la marca y generen oportunidades de negocio. ¿Cuál será tu misión? Liderar el equipo de Marketing. Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias efectivas de captación a través de canales de paid marketing, inbound marketing y otras tácticas digitales. Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de ventas para asegurar una transición fluida de leads a clientes potenciales. Analizar y optimizar constantemente el rendimiento de las campañas para maximizar la eficacia y el retorno de la inversión. Diseñar y ejecutar iniciativas de branding que fortalezcan la presencia de la empresaen el mercado. Supervisar la presencia digital de la marca, asegurando una imagen coherente y atractiva en todos los canales. Colaborar con el equipo de contenido para crear material atractivo y relevante que resuene con nuestro público objetivo. Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de ventas, customer success y tecnología para alinear estrategias y objetivos. Participar en la creación de materiales de marketing que apoyen las iniciativas de retención de clientes y upsell. Que necesitamos: Experiencia previa en roles de VP Marketing o CMO, preferiblemente en entornos Startup o Scaleup. Conocimiento profundo de las tácticas y plataformas de paid marketing e inbound marketing. Habilidades analíticas para evaluar el rendimiento de las campañas y optimizar estrategias. Experiencia en la creación y ejecución de estrategias de branding. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y colaboración interdepartamental. Contrato indefinido. 23 días laborales de vacaciones. Teletrabajo: 2 días a la semana. (Oficinias enSant Cugat) Jornada intensiva en Agosto y todos los viernes del año.
