The fundamental driver of this culture is the player-learner mindset, which it seeks to inspire and nurture in every employee.Job Purpose: The Global Enterprise Solutions Marketing Manager is responsible for the implementation and continuous development of the global marketing plan and strategy for Straumann Group Enterprise Solutions' portfolio dedicated to DSO customers: Enterprise Specialty Workflows, Enterprise Operations, and Enterprise Services under the newly established brand, Straumann Group Enterprise Solutions. This includes the establishment of the solutions and services portfolio value proposition. The role reports to the Global Head of Executive Engagement.Key Responsibilities: Implement and Develop Marketing Plans: Execute and continuously develop the global marketing plan and strategy for the Straumann Group Enterprise Solutions portfolio elements.Campaign Management: Manage marketing campaigns for specified solutions and services, including upcoming launches and brand management to ensure customers understand our value propositions.Content Management: Lead the updating and maintenance of campaign content, product catalogues, and online presence in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.Marketing Assets Development: Develop marketing assets and collaterals to support successful Limited Market Releases (LMR) and Full Market Releases (FMR).Lead Generation: Drive the generation of sales leads through marketing programs and lead-generation activities.Market Analysis: Analyze global market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and adjust marketing plans accordingly.Content Creation: Create and implement marketing, sales, and campaign materials, including channel-specific copywriting.Sales Enablement Support: Ensure sales teams are equipped with the necessary tools and training assets to engage with dental professionals effectively
