The main tasks of this position will be the following:Communication with key stakeholders and product sponsors in different geographies. You will be responsible for ensuring that the final product delivered is cohesive and aligned with the expectations of the stakeholders.Work closely with Business Product Owners to understand and consolidate their needs to prioritize them based on the global business strategy.Coordination and daily work with all the work areas involved in the projects (technology, operations, business, legal, compliance, risks, finances, etc.).Detection and escalation of risks, analysis and proposal of solutions for their mitigation.Responsible for budgeting of requirements.Reporting and tracking.Management and control of all product documentation.Direct contact with senior management.To be successful in the role you must have:University Degree (Equivalent to a Bachelor degree), preferably in Business, e-business, design or digital field.Years of professional experience in business consulting, FinTech, or digital business projects in product management or business analysis roles.High knowledge of user experience requirements for front-end digital flows.Good understanding of technical delivery best practices, including user story and acceptance criteria, working in cross-functional agile teams and designing MVPs and customer testing approaches.Conceptual knowledge of business processes and front-to-back solution architecture that support retail Markets products & services.Exceptional problem-solving ability to structure and define analyses to draw conclusions.Collaborative and effective work in a group dynamic.Advanced level in English.What do we offer?Immediate incorporation to a dynamic and agile company with a growth and expansion project.
