The Vall d'Hebron Research Institute (VHIR) is a public sector institution that promotes and develops the research, innovation and biosanitary teaching of the Vall d'Hebron University Hospital. In April 2015, the Vall d'Hebron Research Institute (VHIR) obtained the recognition of the European Commission HR Excellence. Graduate Technician - Pneumology Research Group
Our group is looking for a graduate laboratory technician to work on a 9-month project related to the effects of exposome on health.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Education and qualifications:
Required: Bachelor's Degree in Life/Health Sciences or Biomedical Research (Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedicine).
Desired:
Experience in molecular biology and flow cytometry will be positively valued.
Experience and knowledge:
Required:
Fluency in English (business level).
Desired:
Good computer skills.
Main responsibilities and duties:
Participate in the sample processing and analysis of the biological samples obtained in the project.
Labour conditions:
Full-time position: 40h/week.
Starting date: immediate.
Gross annual salary: Remuneration will depend on experience and skills. Salary ranges are consistent with our Collective Agreement pay scale.
Contract: Technical and scientific activities contract linked to the project activities.
