**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Education and qualifications**:
**Required: -**

FP2 Laboratory technician or equivalent

**Experience and knowledge**:
**Required: -**

Experience in biobanking and molecular biology
- Experience with automated laboratory equipment
- Experience in Quality Management Systems
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Access)
- Fluency in Catalan, Spanish and English (written and spoken)

**Main responsibilities and duties: -**

Handling, processing and storage of biological samples and associated data
- Maintenance of laboratory paper and electronic registries
- Maintenance of laboratory equipment
- Stock control of consumables and reagents
- Experimental support to investigators***

Part-time position: 20h/week. Afternoon shift (16:30h - 20:00h)
