Funciones
Gestionar la implantación de las políticas y procedimientos de retribución, de acuerdo con la normativa vigente y las directrices de la Dirección de RRHH.
Participación en la elaboración de la política retributiva
Velar de manera proactiva para que todos los puestos estén en las bandas salariales establecidas, haciendo especialmente seguimiento en aquellos movimientos que hayan podido implicar cambio de banda (promociones o movimientos de plantilla).
Valoración de puestos mediante la sistemática interna
Análisis y comparativas retributivas de las áreas o personas
Análisis de tendencias en beneficios sociales, sugiriendo cuales son adecuados para implantar en Damm, teniendo en cuenta nuestra cultura empresarial
Revisión de estudios de mercado retributivos para estar a la última de las tendencias, presentando así propuestas para ser más atractivos en el mercado laboral.
Requisitos
4 años de experiencia.
Mínimo 3 años de experiencia como especialista en RRHH.
Mínimo 2 años en posiciones especializadas en C&B.
Preferentemente experiencia en sector industrial / consumo.
