Implementará estrategias de venta, en continuo alineamiento con el equipo directivo, proporcionando soporte técnico a la totalidad de la fuera de ventas de la zona establecida. Así mismo, reportará de forma continua la tendencia y situación del mercado, estado de los pedidos y ofertas, así como la información de venta relevante. Será responsable de alcanzar todos los objetivos de ventas y pedidos, facturación y base instalada en su área de actuación. Principales responsabilidades: Persona clave y responsable de todo el portfolio de Xylem y sobre la base instalada, para mejorar, potenciar y maximizar las oportunidades de mercado. Ayudar y colaborar con toda la fuerza comercial, estableciendo relaciones de credibilidad y colaboracion con los clientes y equipos relevantes, desde el punto de vista técnico. Identificar todas las oportunidades de mercado que puedan proporcionar valor añadido al cliente, proponiendo mejora continua junto con el responsable de servicio de la zona, todos los ajustes acordes a la estrategia de la compañía. Implementar y ejecutar todas las acciones estratégicas en su área de actuación. Convertirse en la persona de referencia desde el punto de vista técnico, junto con los ingenieros de campo, para realizar auditorías en instalaciones, generar reportes técnicos, proponer mejoras de eficiencia energética, ejecutar contratos de mantenimiento
