Misión

Reportando al Director de la Terminal, será el encargado de dirigir el área de mantenimiento de la Terminal de acuerdo a la estrategia organizativa, garantizando el funcionamiento óptimo de los equipos, sistemas e instalaciones de la Terminal, bajo el cumplimiento de las medidas de calidad, seguridad, salud y protección del medio ambiente establecidas.

Funciones y responsabilidades
Definir y asegurar la correcta implementación de la estrategia, políticas, procesos y procedimientos operativos del área de mantenimiento.
Dirigir y supervisar el desempeño del equipo a su cargo para garantizar el desarrollo profesional, la contribución a la consecución de los objetivos de la organización, y la eficiencia en los procesos de trabajo.
Planificar y controlar la correcta ejecución del Plan de Mantenimiento Preventivo, de acuerdo a la programación anual, y Correctivo.
Crear y mantener los registros históricos de equipos, sistemas y componentes de la instalación.
Atender las auditorías externas / internas e inspecciones oficiales del ámbito de mantenimiento.
Colaborar con el Director/a de la Terminal en la evaluación de necesidades económicas, y realizar el control presupuestario.
Supervisar y realizar el mantenimiento del stock mínimo de materiales y de equipos críticos para el desarrollo de las operaciones.
Gestionar las actividades derivadas de la gestión de compras y contratación de personal externo para el desarrollo de trabajos de mantenimiento.
Registrar y archivar las actividades de calibración de los equipos de inspección, medición y ensayo.
Controlar y ejecutar las actividades derivadas de la gestión ambiental en la Terminal.
Controlar y gestionar los equipos contraincendios y equipos anticontaminación, inventario e inspecciones oficiales.
Ofrecer apoyo al departamento de Ingeniería en el desarrollo de los diversos proyectos, y mantener actualizados los planos de la instalación.
Analizar, junto al equipo de operaciones, las actividades y/u operaciones de la Terminal con el objetivo de proponer y promover todos aquellos aspectos que mejoren la eficiencia tanto en el área de Seguridad, Salud, Medio Ambiente y Calidad, como de productividad de la Terminal.

Experiência

Experiência mínima de 5 años en puesto similar o equivalente.

Formación

Titulación Universitaria, se valorará formación como MBA o postgrados en Gestión.
