Puesto Vacante : Head of Digital Media Empresa : Siliconhr Siliconhr, una empresa dedicada a llevar el mundo digital a las empresas, está en búsqueda de un / a Head of Digital Media para unirse a nuestro equipo.
Con más de 5 años de experiencia en el campo, el candidato ideal tendrá la oportunidad de liderar y expandir nuestras áreas de negocio : Digital Strategy, Omnichannel Strategy, eCommerce Strategy, Customer Strategy Operations, y Digital Training.
Responsabilidades : Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de medios digitales para aumentar la visibilidad de la marca y generar clientes potenciales.
Supervisar y coordinar las operaciones diarias del equipo de medios digitales.
Planificar y ejecutar campañas de marketing digital en diversas plataformas.
Analizar datos y métricas para evaluar el rendimiento de las campañas y realizar ajustes según sea necesario.
Colaborar con otros departamentos para garantizar la coherencia de la marca en todos los canales digitales.
Permanecer actualizado / a sobre las últimas tendencias y tecnologías en el ámbito de los medios digitales.
Requisitos : Licenciatura en Marketing, Comunicaciones o campo relacionado.
Más de 5 años de experiencia en marketing digital, especialmente en los campos de Digital Strategy, Omnichannel Strategy, eCommerce Strategy, Customer Strategy Operations, y Digital Training.
Experiencia previa en la gestión de equipos y proyectos.
Excelentes habilidades analíticas y capacidad para tomar decisiones basadas en datos.
Fluidez en español e inglés.
