Queremos contar con un líder dinámico que lidere estas áreas críticas, asegurando que nuestras operaciones no solo cumplan con las normativas, sino que las superen, promoviendo una cultura de ética en toda la organización. Esta posición ofrece la oportunidad única de diseñar un marco de cumplimiento sólido, alineado con los objetivos estratégicos de CEPSA y su compromiso con la sostenibilidad.Responsabilidades:Definir y ejecutar el plan estratégico para la función de cumplimiento, alineándolo con la misión, visión y los riesgos de la organización.Desarrollar planes de trabajo anuales enfocados en alcanzar objetivos específicos, como fomentar una cultura de integridad, estandarizar las metodologías de trabajo y garantizar el cumplimiento normativo.Coordinar la implementación del plan anual en colaboración con los partners de cumplimiento del negocio.Implementar y mantener el programa de cumplimiento, asegurando una gestión integral y la capacidad de defender nuestras prácticas ante reguladores, auditores externos y organismos de aseguramiento de CEPSA.Proporcionar asesoramiento y cuestionamiento independiente sobre todos los requisitos, compromisos y riesgos de cumplimiento.Identificar riesgos de ética y cumplimiento para el Grupo CEPSA, específicamente en Trading, y asegurar que la matriz de control de riesgos corporativos esté actualizada.Diseñar controles de mitigación de acuerdo con estándares internacionales (COSO) y para los programas de cumplimiento.Dirigir el seguimiento continuo de los controles, supervisar los planes de acción y gestionar las auditorías anuales.Ofrecer una visión global del cumplimiento en el área de Trading, asegurando que el perfil de riesgo esté siempre actualizado.#J-18808-Ljbffr
