Within this role, you will directly deliver profitable sales growth by creating and implementing strategies and plans that differentiate Ecolab from its competitors.Main responsibilities & KPIsDesign + plan + execute actions to deliver business growth in the given Segment.Build + execute Innovation development to secure future competitiveness and margin improvement. KPIs: 80-100% Credibility Index; 10-20% Vitality Index (all on specific segment innovation programs)Develop customer interactions & relationship towards better understanding of needs & opportunities.
