Position Summary The Demand Generation Manager will define, shape, and implement a demand generation program that ushers customer prospects through a full-lifecycle buyer's journey, aiming to generate new sales-qualified leads. Responsibilities include defining buyer personas and journeys, developing marketing campaigns, generating content, and executing multi-faceted campaigns using a marketing automation tool. The Demand Generation Manager will maintain key performance metrics to measure progress, refine campaigns, and adapt techniques for maximum effectiveness. They will work with the sales team, product organizations, and other key stakeholders across the company to set up a program that improves customer awareness and generates new leads.
