This role will help build the business management structure and governances to support business leaders in executing global strategic initiatives that drive growth for Celonis.
This role will report into the VP Strategy, Finance & Operations and work closely and directly with the global business leaders especially in Global Ecosystem organization and the Partner Manager teams in our Regional Sales organizations.Analyze large data sets & present findings to finance & business partner senior leadershipBuild operational tools that help drive the business to their financial & strategic goalsWork cross-functionally with the Sales, Value Engineering, Marketing, Services, Finance and Systems teamsDrive relentless automation of business assets and improvement in business processes to ensure effective and efficiency operations focussed to serve our Celonis partners and their's & Celonis' prospects and customersThe work you'll do:Business partnership support for our global Ecosystem organization and Celonis' Executive Team— build trusted relationships with key business partners, Providing objective, data-driven insights that assist in strategic decision making, combining commercial acumen and providing insightful recommendationsDrive outlook, manage execution & communicate business performance and forward-looking projections to business leaders and executive managementProvide advice & guidance to our senior business leaders through concrete actions for control in business execution and performance improvement trackingDevelop and deliver business insights — analyzing results, distilling key trends, assessing current and future business risk, and presenting key messages to senior leadershipBuild and deploy global models, decisions scenarios and operational processes including short & mid-term business execution plans and annual operating planDrive comprehensive business planning, seamless business actions & supporting commercial programs as well as rolling forecasting for core performance KPIsDevelop and analyze key performance indicators across supporting key business stakeholders and as Celonis platform and company strategy further evolves over timeAd-hoc analysis to assess new strategic initiatives and projectsThe qualifications you'll need:BA/BS degree, concentrations in International Business, Finance and/or Economics preferred5+ years of progressively responsible experience in business operations, partner channel management or related fields with proven business acumen.
Technology and/or SaaS experience preferredExcellent communication skills; can establish credibility, build consensus, and partner cross-functionally without direct authorityAbility to embrace ambiguity and break down complex problems to provide clear and effective recommendationsImpeccable analytical skills and intellectual curiosity to understand drivers and outcomes.
