Issuance rate, loyalty volume, transacting consumers, Loyalty GM, CRM Incremental profit), delivered through the management of leading partnerships/program.Delivery of best in class loyalty offer enhancements inclusive of supporting the planning and execution of category leading campaigns.Is the primary contact person for all partners (redemption / Cross marketing) for all operational questions.Works with CVP&E and operational consumer data lead to provide assurance on compliance around Customer data privacy and protection.Inputs into marketing and loyalty plans and support CRM execution teams.Drives product evolution activities and delivery of enhancement roadmap with CVP&E and partners.Job Advert- Join our Customers & Products Team and advance your career as a Loyalty CVP Delivery LeadIn this role you will:Based on the agreed customer value proposition for Spain & Portugal, support the definition of the strategic direction for the Loyalty scheme including participation options (Multi, single, etc), partnerships (Issuance &/or Redemption partners in support of Bonus program), operations & processes as well as development of all related direct marketing activities/contact plans.Define, recommend and implement the Loyalty partner strategy and related enhancements for Spain & Portugal based on market, competitors, business strategy, loyalty maturity curve (from Single to Multi partner, Issuance and redemption strategy, Direct marketing) and on the agreed customer value proposition for BP.Manage the ongoing relationship with partners and decide on overall marketing plan with cluster marketing manager.Accountable for operational delivery of defined strategic plan for Reward programs.Monitor and deliver defined KPIs and propose potential optimization plans (Customer value Prop, Cost, operational excellence with specific focus on IR/value perception).Responsible for its implementation in coordination with Regional CRM specialist/COE Loyalty adviser.Oversee and manage the identification, customer relevancy, and management of new business prospects to ensure customer and business relevancy in our loyalty partnerships strategy.Identify and drive incremental value through existing sponsorship and partnership agreements.Responsible for partner set-up including financial modelling, contract negotiations and approvals, due diligence, and lead liaison with IT, digital and operations teams for offer set-up.Define the development of new concepts and campaigns to help differentiate the BP membership proposition, drive awareness to BP's program, and increase active BP program membership
