Our Industry Relations team plays a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong commercial partnerships with Train Operating Companies (TOCs), Great British Railways (GBR), Rail Delivery Group (RDG), and the Department for Transport (DfT).

We're seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and delivery of the Carrier Value Proposition (CVP) retail initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and creating CVP retail initiatives focused on Customer Experience, Acquisition, and Retention, Upsell of Premium and Ancillary Products, and Driving Operational Efficiency.
  • Nurturing key internal and external relationships to ensure successful CVP delivery and impact.

This role requires a deep understanding of the rail industry's operational and commercial frameworks, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and experience in people, resource prioritization management within complex multi-disciplinary teams.
