As a Quality Assurance Engineer (m/f/d) you will get to dive deep into software, break it apart, and find its weaknesses.

Your work matters
Your main responsibilities: Develop and execute test plans for backend systems, web applications, and APIs Create and maintain test cases and test data Collaborate with development teams to identify and troubleshoot issues Participate in the design and development of automated tests Identify and document defects and track them in Azure DevOps Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality of our software products Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies Your profile: University degree, vocational training or equivalent experience in IT or related field At least 3 years of experience in testing backend systems, web applications, and APIs Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices Experience in creating and executing test plans and test cases Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript Experience in automated testing tools such as Postman, JMeter, or Playwright Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Fluent in English and Spanish, any additional language is a plus Benefits: Contracts, Salary, and non-monetary benefits All our contracts are by default unlimited (probation period is six months) Compensation package: 97% fixed base salary paid monthly, with a 3% performance-based bonus paid annually, dependent on company performance.
