Wir suchen jemanden, der ein M&A-Projekt von Anfang bis Ende leitet und umsetzt.
Aufgaben Du leitest unsere M&A-Prozesse: von der Identifikation geeigneter Targets über die Durchführung von Due Diligence bis hin zur Verhandlung und Integration.
Du planst und steuerst Transaktionen und verantwortest ihre erfolgreiche Umsetzung.
Du bist Sparringspartner für die Geschäftsleitung und unterstützt bei strategischen Entscheidungen.
Du steuerst und überwachst Transformations- und Innovationsprojekte.
Qualifikation Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Finance, M&A, Due Diligence und Transaction Management.
Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Finanzen oder einem vergleichbaren Feld.
Du kannst nachweisbare Erfolge bei der Leitung und Umsetzung von M&A-Projekten vorweisen.
Du denkst unternehmerisch und besitzt ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten.
Du bist kommunikativ, verhandlungssicher und durchsetzungsstark.
Du arbeitest strukturiert und ergebnisorientiert und bleibst dabei flexibel.
Idealerweise hast du Erfahrung in einer freiberuflichen oder projektbezogenen Tätigkeit.
Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.
