And through diversity, we have harnessed the power of people while also understanding and embracing the importance of humanities.Our PeopleAt IE we are:People-drivenChange BuildersAutonomy EnthusiastsCommunication EnthusiastsKnowledge ChampionsWe are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid.Responsibilities:Your role as a Corporate Business Development Director will involve:- Development of new alliances for IE in MEA- Business and diagnostic projects development, consultative sales, benchmarking and strategic planning in diverse sectors- Execution of the strategy for business development, integrating a commercial plan and long-term objectives- Commercial activities: sales, co-creation and management of academic projects with IE's various schools and departments, for the development of long-term relationships with targeted and strategic accountsQualifications:To thrive in this role, you should have:- Master ´s Degree- Fluency (written & oral) in both English and Spanish. Arabic is a plus.- 5+ years professional experience. Sales oriented. Experience in B2B sales will be considered.- Skills for developing a corporate clientele; creating and deliveringproposals; and the management and development of international projects.- CRM experience, extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and other databases- Experience in Project management and coordination- Advanced capacity for analytic thinking and organization- Developed interpersonal skills, with ability to integrate and manage diverse groups- The position is based in Madrid, with extensive to other regionsIt's time to bring your best and make your mark
