The **Co**r**porate **Business Development** Director **will join the IE’s Corporate Relations team whose responsibilities are devoted to the development and maintenance of new corporate accounts with a focus on the Middle East and Africa, which implies the development of an extensive commercial agenda.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid.
**Responsibilities**:
**Your role as a Corporate Business Development Director will involve**:
- Development of new alliances for IE in MEA
- Business and diagnostic projects development, consultative sales, benchmarking and strategic planning in diverse sectors
- Execution of the strategy for business development, integrating a commercial plan and long-term objectives
- Commercial activities: sales, co-creation and management of academic projects with IE’s various schools and departments, for the development of long-term relationships with targeted and strategic accounts
Qualifications:
**To thrive in this role, you should have**:
- Master´s Degree
- Fluency (written & oral) in both English and Spanish. Arabic is a plus.
- 5+ years professional experience. Sales oriented. Experience in B2B sales will be considered.
- Skills for developing a corporate clientele; creating and delivering proposals; and the management and development of international projects.
- CRM experience, extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and other databases
- Experience in Project management and coordination
- Advanced capacity for analytic thinking and organization
- Developed interpersonal skills, with ability to integrate and manage diverse groups
- The position is based in Madrid, with extensive to other regions
