col-wideJob Description:**Craft**:Data, Analytics & Strategy**Your Role within our Kingdom**:Reporting directly to the VP of Saga, you will be a trusted partner and force- multiplier, helping the VP and other leaders in the Area, to maximise leadership and team effectiveness and leverage the best of our partners across King. You will provide advice on high priority topics (both strategic & operational) and lead special projects within the area and in partnership with other key teams. Where needed, you will act as an extension of the VP when they are unavailable.**Key Responsibilities include**:Operations:- Support the VP with operational topics (headcount, budget, people, team engagement, roadmap communication) and help other Directors reach agreements on cross- area topics.- Lead operational initiatives, such as determining organisational setup, planning and executing of offsites, OKR setting, as well as driving annual and quarterly strategy work.- Ensure operational processes and tooling are scalable and easily repeatable- Establish and drive partnerships outside of the Product Area, to leverage the insights and skills from partners such as Marketing, Shared Technology and other Games teams.Business Reporting & Finance:- Ensure our financial stakeholders have the quantitative and qualitative information they need to understand the Area's business and future plans.- Accountable for staying within, tracking and establishing guidelines for the Area's budgets including travel & expenses and headcount budgets.Talent, Staffing & Culture:- Coach, mentor and support our leaders and managers within the Area- Communicate and operationalise our culture so that it is deeply integrated within our work.- Team up with our HR Business Partners and other partners to execute on HR processes and change management, as well as keeping an overview of the staffing and hiring needs**Skills to Create Thrills**:- Excellent knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, software development and management- Demonstrated ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity- Excellent at communication (written and oral)- Stakeholder management and relationship building at a senior and executive level (cross functional)- Highly organised & proactive doer who can make things happen**About King**King is the game developer behind the world- famous Candy Crush franchise, as well as mobile game hits including Farm Heroes, Bubble Witch and Pet Rescue.
