As the Country Manager Spain & Portugal, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the company's commercial objectives, growth, and market presence within Spain & Portugal. The role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a strategic business plan to achieve the company's objectives in the livestock industry, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability Team Management: Lead and inspire according to the company's style a diverse team of professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve operational excellenceMarket Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies accordinglySales and Marketing: Oversee the sales and marketing efforts to promote our livestock services and products, expand our customer base, and achieve revenue targetsFinancial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to ensure sustainable profitabilityCustomer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors, to enhance the company's reputation and market presenceReporting: Provide regular reports to the corporate office on the country's performance, market insights, and strategic recommendationsSmaragdweg 60
