We are a multichannel and multi-brand organization with a focus on the customer dialogue throughout the customer journey. Today CS has around 3500 colleagues globally and has established 16 CS Centres around the world.
Job Description: As Communication Coordinator, you support and inspire your colleagues by being a specialist in communication. You ensure relevant information is given to the centre at the right time using the correct channel. You create content for internal communication and share information throughout the customer service centre team and collaborate with other centre and global teams to drive diverse projects. You coordinate and execute centre events and projects that contribute to the engagement and brand awareness of H&M employees. You are seeking constant improvements for specific communication channels and enable customer service to give the best customer experience possible. You work with different stakeholders, internally and externally, in accordance with the global communication plan.
You are a specialist in the tone of voice of all relevant markets and brands and across all channels. You work with the centre to ensure excellent and efficient customer service in all channels by following up on the operational performance. You act in line with our values and our leadership expectations, being a role model to contribute to H&M's business success.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Proactively search and communicate all relevant information effectively to the correct stakeholders in the correct way and collaborate with them to drive improvements.
Create content and information for internal and external communication using different digital and live formats.
Support operational functions with a focus on communication to improve performance.
Plan and work towards goals with your team and prioritize tasks and workload in an efficient way.
Coordination and execution of centre projects and events, collaborating with other teams' projects in the centre.
Support the Global Operation team by monitoring Social Media channels.
Plan and deliver Kick Off seasonal meetings to showcase campaigns and company goals.
Coordinate the Visual Team to ensure visual display is implemented in the centre following the H&M guidelines.
Inspire employees about fashion, sales and excellent customer service. You are an ambassador for the brand in every contact.
Provide support and feedback to all colleagues to ensure all customer needs are met.
Recognize different needs of customers and colleagues and proactively provide solutions, feedback and advice.
Maintain a balance between long and short-term planning.

Studies in Communications or equivalent experience will be meriting.

Additional Information: Are you ready to make a difference on your own & never stand alone? This is a permanent full-time position, hybrid (office/home) working and based in our centre in Barcelona. No relocation package is available and requirement to have the legal.
