We are passionate about what we do and we have fun along the way. As an Automation Business Developer Consultant, you will play a strategic role in our project. You will help our customers transform their IT operations with automation. You will build lasting relationships with our customers by understanding their needs and offering them tailored solutions. You will also have the support of an extremely skilled and high-performance technical team. Your main task will be to identify the best fit of our automation catalog for each customer, from ad-hoc automations to multiyear services. You will also be our main liaison with our product development team to help us shape our automation catalog.

Main Responsibilities: Product and Service Positioning: Lead the market positioning of our automation platform, existing automations, or services for automation customers mainly in Spain but also internationally. Highlight the unique features and benefits of our solutions, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer objectives.
Customized and Technical Demos: Perform customized demos of our automation platform, showcasing how it seamlessly integrates into customers' environments. Illustrate how our solutions enhance efficiency, productivity, and security within scalable automation environments.
Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with current and potential customers. Serve as the primary point of contact, advising customers on tailored solutions to meet their specific needs and challenges.
Product Development Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, product, and technical support teams. Gather feedback from the market to ensure our solutions remain competitive and relevant. Contribute to continuous product improvement based on customer requirements.
Close Collaboration with Pre-Sales and Commercial Teams: Assist in developing automation strategies for existing customers. Work closely with pre-sales and commercial teams to align business goals with technical solutions.
Skills and Qualifications: Automation and CI/CD Experience: 4-6+ years expertise in technical consultancy, technical business development, or similar roles within the IT services industry. 4-6+ years career experience in leading digital transformation and/or responsibility for driving organizational strategy and business outcomes. Strong focus on automation solutions.
Technical Skills: Python / Ansible / Terraform understanding is mandatory. Understanding of the main automation integration in a professional environment such as CI/CD / DevOps / Data security.
Education: Bachelor's degree in related fields (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering). In-depth technical knowledge of automation, CI/CD platforms, and associated technologies.
