About the role: Optimize processes within the marketplace teams to improve their performance, leveraging data and analytics. Define the strategy of the marketplace. Think outside the box and come up with creative ways to automate and simplify processes. Measure the performance of the events in the marketplace to optimize their position. Measure the performance of the teams to optimize the resource allocation and their outcome. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Maintain a high sense of ownership, urgency, and drive to meet business goals and objectives. About you: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. 4+ years of experience in a project management role. Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish. Strong knowledge of Google Spreadsheets/Microsoft Excel and data analysis (SQL/Python). Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a bias towards data-driven decision making. Strong lateral thinking. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to work successfully across many disciplines. Preferred Qualifications: Higher degree (Master's, PhD) in a relevant field. Digital marketing background, with experience in social paid platforms.
