Actualmente buscamos un Project Manager Junior para una de las mayores inmobiliarias a nivel nacional para el departamento de Transformación que se encarga de liderar y coordinar los procesos de cambio y adaptación de la organización. Este departamento tiene como objetivo principal la identificación de oportunidades de mejora y la implementación de estrategias y proyectos para lograr una transformación exitosa en la empresa.
Responsabilidades: Planificar y dirigir proyectos, desde la definición de objetivos y alcance hasta la entrega final del proyecto, asegurando que se cumplan los plazos, el presupuesto y los estándares de calidad.
Asegurar la correcta definición de la solución a ser implementada.
Supervisar tareas del proyecto y asegurar el cumplimiento en tiempo de las mismas.
Establecer y gestionar el presupuesto del proyecto, incluyendo la identificación y seguimiento de los costes del proyecto, y la realización de ajustes según sea necesario.
Liderar y motivar a los miembros del equipo del proyecto, proporcionando orientación, apoyo y retroalimentación adecuada durante todo el ciclo de vida del proyecto.
Identificar y gestionar los riesgos del proyecto, asegurándose de que se implementen medidas de mitigación y contingencia para minimizar los riesgos y maximizar los resultados del proyecto.
Comunicar y colaborar con los interesados clave del proyecto, incluyendo clientes, patrocinadores, gerentes de departamento y otros miembros del equipo de proyecto.
Realizar un seguimiento y presentar informes sobre el progreso del proyecto, asegurándose de que se mantengan actualizados los plazos, el presupuesto y los recursos necesarios.
Ofrecemos:

- Jornada de 40h/ semanales
- Horario: Lunes a Viernes: 8 a 17 h (Julio y Agosto intensivo). Posibilidad de salir los viernes a las 15:00 h y prorratear de L a J.

Requisitos: Licenciado/Grado en Administración de Empresas/ Economía/ Ingeniería o similar
+3 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos
Se valorará positivamente disponer de experiencia en proyectos de implantaciones tecnológicas y conocimiento en el sector del Servicing (Real Estate).
Competencias y Conocimientos básicos: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Nivel alto de Inglés (hablado y escrito)
Trabajo en equipo
Capacidad organizativa y habilidades de gestión del tiempo
Comunicación excelente e interlocución a todos los niveles.
Trabajo bajo presión y cumplimiento de plazos
