If you are a strategic thought leader, with a big picture approach and looking for your next career move, we'd love to hear from you We are looking to meet our new global Telephony Engineer to coordinate and manage various projects (within a program or independently) in 2023 across all business areas and countries in line with their strategic plan. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work 60% of your time from home and 40% based at your nearest global office locations of either Barcelona, Madrid, Redhill, United Kingdom, Paris or Shannon, Ireland. Who are you? You know what teamwork is and like autonomy. You are also a self-motivated and energetic person who works without any supervision or mentorship, but you do not mind asking if needed. You are a natural leader who loves to empower team members, promote innovation and can work collaboratively with others and leverage their skills to the maximum. You are highly analytical and strategic with the ability to think outside the box and deliver and interpret complex management information and statistics. A global telephony engineer will provide telephony and consultancy to every area of AXA Partners. She/he will work primarily with colleagues from the same team, as escalation point for the Global Telephony (L3) technicians and provide consultancy and technical guidance to different business units across Europe. What does your day-to-day look like? Provide Tier 3 Contact Center (Europe) support analysing and solving complex technical issues with minimal supervision. Design and assist implementing new transversal telephony solutions. Provide consultancy and technical support for any business driven project. Collaborate with team members of other regions sharing knowledge and information. Maintain 7*24 environment assuming strong SLA on main systems. Incidents resolution proactively and on demand. (Service Now) Proactive detection and regular maintenance. On Call support ( weekly revolving ), aprox. one per month. #LI-SP Su Perfil Your skills and experience Minimum of 5 years on similar positions.Deep knowledge of Avaya Aura Communication Manager, CMS,SIP (SBC, SM), Avaya Experience Portal. ITIL processesUnderstanding of APIs, databases, and object oriented programming.
