The Sales Organization
The Sales Organization in Qlik is the primary connection to our customers and prospects; focusing on driving revenue in new accounts and expanding our presence in the territory's existing customer. The teams work geographically or are industry focused.

The Role
Reporting to the Director, Demand Center, the Demand Center Manager is responsible for leading a team of up to 10 Lead Development Representatives that work with regional sales and marketing teams to develop pipeline and grow Qlik's market share. This role is responsible for building pipeline for the EMEA sales organization through inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting.

Provide 1:1 coaching with the BDRs to maximize the conversion of our inbound leads and drive our outbound prospecting activities to a best in class for the industry.
Coordinate enablement efforts and teams for effective rollout of new tools and processes.
Hire and enable new employees.
Team performance management.
Communicate future plans and past performance to key stakeholders (Marketing and Sales).
Implementation and execution of initiatives to support our global strategic projects.
Coordinate with our operations team to support the successful development and rollout of new processes and technologies.

Key challenges
Key challenges of this role will be effective performance management of the various Lead Development (BDR) teams as well as coordinating execution with regional Marketing groups and supporting the efficient rollout (adoption) of new tools and processes.

Key Stakeholders
Marketing; including Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Field Sales, and Hub Leaders.

Direct Reports
~8-10 Business Development / Lead Development Members.

Competencies & Skills
- 5 years of experience in Inside Sales / Lead Development; preferably with technical or software companies with proven track record of facilitating sales and pipeline growth.
- Mentoring, performance development, onboarding experience.
- Excellent written, oral and listening skills required and an ability to collaborate.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills required.
- Excellent time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills required.
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take initiative to get things done.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, rapid growth environment.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications
Bachelor equivalent, Masters preferable, MBA advantageous, Languages: English.
