SDR Lead

**Responsabilidades**:

- Gestionar el equipo de Sales Development Representative- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas marcados para el equipo.- Sugerir e implementar mejoras en el proceso de administración de ventas- Informar sobre métricas de ventas y sugerir mejoras- Elaborar previsiones de ventas mensuales, trimestrales y anuales.- Investigar métodos para aumentar la participación del cliente- Asegurar que se cumplan las políticas y procedimientos legales, financieros y de ventas.- Crear un entorno de comunicación abierta para su equipo- Servir de enlace con los departamentos de marketing y desarrollo de productos para garantizar la coherencia de la marca y aumentar las ventas.

- Experiência laboral probada como, Sales Development Representative Lead, Inside Sales Manager o Call Center Manager o similar.- Éxito comprobado como profesional de ventas con capacidad para liderar el equipo de SDR- Experiência práctica con software CRM y MS Excel- Comprensión profunda del proceso de administración de ventas.- Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de gestión de equipos.- Fuertes habilidades analíticas y organizativas.- Habilidades numéricas y actitud de resolución de problemas.- Licenciatura en Ventas, Administración de Empresas o campo relevante.
