Oportunidad de empleo... Para ayudarnos a mantener y mejorar nuestros sistemas internos, buscamos un/a  IT Support Specialist que se enfoque en diagnosticar y resolver problemas técnicos, realizar mejoras en procesos internos mediante pequeños ajustes de código y scripts, y colaborar estrechamente con otros equipos para garantizar una experiencia excepcional para nuestros clientes y un funcionamiento óptimo de nuestros servicios.
Buscamos a una persona creativa, organizada, que disfrute con el trabajo bien hecho y que se sienta cómoda trabajando en un entorno de startup, es decir, dinámico, no estructurado y de rápida evolución.

Responsabilidades: Diagnóstico de problemas : Investigar, diagnosticar, y proponer soluciones efectivas para problemas técnicos complejos.
Mejora continua: Cambios menores en código y creación de scripts para mejora de procesos internos.
Colaboración con otros equipos: Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de Hospitality para solucionar problemas y mejorar la calidad general del servicio además del equipo de Tech para proporcionar fixes y mejoras internas.
Buscamos una persona con experiencia en... Conocimientos técnicos : Sólidos conocimientos de PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS y JavaScript.
Habilidades de comunicación : Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal, tanto técnicas como no técnicas.
Trabajo en equipo : Capacidad para trabajar de manera colaborativa en un equipo multidisciplinario (Tech, Product, Hospitality).
Valoramos muy positivamente tener conocimientos en... Inglés avanzado : Capacidad para comunicarse con fluidez en inglés, especialmente escrito.
Orientación al cliente : Compromiso con brindar un excelente servicio al cliente y resolver problemas de manera oportuna.

Full time jornada de 40 horas semanales.
