Support Off Premise teams in events coordination and related administrative matters to provide efficiency within the department, in particular for Sales Force activities. You will act as a key point of contact for the Off Premise director to consolidate 360 projects in the department in terms of presentations, reporting and budget tracking. The Field Sales Coordinator is a key interlocutor, coordinator and supporting position that will make the link with several internal stakeholders to enable a seamless coordination between counterparts.

COMMUNICATION AND ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT:

Support Off Premise director in the preparation of reports and presentations related to 360 projects and quarterly KPIs.

Provide support to Off Premise Director to consolidate business cases and budget updates throughout the year.

Communicate to all Off premise employees deadlines for 360 projects and consolidate the corresponding deliverables.

Harmonize and communicate monthly Best Practices Newsletters for a greater impact among employees.

COORDINATION AND LOGISTICS:

Coordinate Off Premise events, including organizing team meetings, supervise travel arrangements of kick-off events/trainings and respond to adhoc queries from Off Premise director. Convert Sales events into memorable experiences by setting the meetings venues accordingly as presenting a stimulating agenda and following high execution standards. He/she must make sure all Sales force events translate Red Bull D.N.A. and a uniform experience, nationally and locally.

Consolidate queries such as event tickets needs for top customers to maximize incentive plans outcomes in the department.

Logistics: Support the Field Sales team with orders of coolers. Provide hypercare with Operations and Field Coordinator colleagues in case of issues in the deliveries.

Requisitos
Minimum 2 years of experience involving sales coordination, strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.

Experience in FMCG sector and clear understanding of markets, sales & distribution, competitor activity and consumer behaviour.

Experience in working on cross-functional projects involving simultaneously different departments.

Degree level in Business administration, Economics or similar.

Fluent English written and spoken.

Team player, proactive mindset, strong initiative and creative.

Proficient in Power Point and presentation software.

Excellent communication and presenting skills.

Strong analytical abilities and commercial acumen.
