Managing, coordinating, and directing several projects at the same stage of previous Ready to Build RTB status and during construction until Commercial Operation Date CODOrganizing a multidisciplinary team with the capability to organize the delivery of EPC(M) services, feeding our Project Development pipeline across EuropeManaging the coordination of different departments, supply chain, engineering, contract management and constructionManaging the commercial negotiations with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, etc. and coordinate with technical advisorsRepresenting the company in trade fairs, meetings with local authorities, utilities, etc.Participating in, supporting and organizing public or private tenders and/ or projects' Bachelor or equivalent degree in relevant fieldAt least 5 years of professional experience in project management tasks or similar, within an international environment as a manager member of an operations teamHigh negotiation skillsHigh technical vision on the market, capacity to understand critical situations for suppliersExcellent attention to detail with strong time management, prioritization, and organizationAbility to demonstrate critical thinking, judgement and problem solvingAbility to multi-task while managing competing prioritiesAbility and adaptability to work with a multi-discipline workloadFluency in English is mandatory, any other European language will be considered as a plusWillingness to travel across the European region on a regular basis Independent work in a dedicated teamA growing, international company with a start-up mentalityWorkplace in a central location in Barcelona with good transport connectionsOpen and friendly working atmosphere
