Your mission Managing, coordinating, and directing several projects at the same stage of previous Ready to Build RTB status and during construction until Commercial Operation Date COD Organizing a multidisciplinary team with the capability to organize the delivery of EPC(M) services, feeding our Project Development pipeline across Europe Managing the coordination of different departments, supply chain, engineering, contract management and construction Managing the commercial negotiations with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, etc.
and coordinate with technical advisors Representing the company in trade fairs, meetings with local authorities, utilities, etc.
Participating in, supporting and organizing public or private tenders and/ or projects'  Your profile Bachelor or equivalent degree in relevant field At least 5 years of professional experience in project management tasks or similar, within an international environment as a manager member of an operations team High negotiation skills High technical vision on the market, capacity to understand critical situations for suppliers Excellent attention to detail with strong time management, prioritization, and organization Ability to demonstrate critical thinking, judgement and problem solving Ability to multi-task while managing competing priorities Ability and adaptability to work with a multi-discipline workload Fluency in English is mandatory, any other European language will be considered as a plus Willingness to travel across the European region on a regular basis  What we offer Independent work in a dedicated team A growing, international company with a start-up mentality Workplace in a central location in Barcelona with good transport connections Open and friendly working atmosphere About us As a constantly growing company, we are looking for committed employees to tackle our demanding projects.
