Your mission
  • Managing, coordinating, and directing several projects at the same stage of previous Ready to Build (RTB) status and during construction until Commercial Operation Date (COD)
  • Organizing a multidisciplinary team with the capability to deliver EPC(M) services, feeding our Project Development pipeline across Europe
  • Managing the coordination of different departments: supply chain, engineering, contract management, and construction
  • Managing the commercial negotiations with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, etc., and coordinating with technical advisors
  • Representing the company in trade fairs and meetings with local authorities and utilities
  • Participating in, supporting, and organizing public or private tenders and/or projects

Your profile
  • Bachelor's or equivalent degree in a relevant field
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in project management tasks or similar within an international environment as a managerial member of an operations team
  • High negotiation skills
  • High technical vision on the market, with the capacity to understand critical situations for suppliers
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong time management, prioritization, and organization
  • Ability to demonstrate critical thinking, judgment, and problem-solving
  • Ability to multi-task while managing competing priorities
  • Ability and adaptability to work with a multi-discipline workload
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; any other European language will be considered a plus
  • Willingness to travel across the European region on a regular basis
