Organizing a multidisciplinary team with the capability to deliver EPC(M) services, feeding our Project Development pipeline across Europe
Managing the coordination of different departments: supply chain, engineering, contract management, and construction
Managing the commercial negotiations with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, etc., and coordinating with technical advisors
Representing the company in trade fairs and meetings with local authorities and utilities
Participating in, supporting, and organizing public or private tenders and/or projects
Your profile Bachelor's or equivalent degree in a relevant field
At least 5 years of professional experience in project management tasks or similar within an international environment as a managerial member of an operations team
High negotiation skills
High technical vision on the market, with the capacity to understand critical situations for suppliers
Excellent attention to detail with strong time management, prioritization, and organization
Ability to demonstrate critical thinking, judgment, and problem-solving
Ability to multi-task while managing competing priorities
Ability and adaptability to work with a multi-discipline workload
Fluency in English is mandatory; any other European language will be considered a plus
Willingness to travel across the European region on a regular basis
