Oferta de Trabajo : Technical Service Manager (TSM)Ubicación: Madrid | Modalidad: 100% Presencial | Incorporación ASAPDescripción del Puesto: Estamos en busca de un Technical Service Manager (TSM) Multidisciplinar para unirse a nuestro equipo. Si tienes experiencia en la puesta en marcha de servicios AWS y quieres trabajar codo a codo con el CTO de nuestros clientes, te estamos buscandoFunciones Principales:Gestión del Pool de Sistemas: Trabajarás junto al cliente para garantizar la sinergia entre sus servicios y sistemas.Colaboración con el CTO: Serás el punto de referencia técnica para el CTO del cliente.Comunicación Técnica: Mantendrás una comunicación efectiva entre los responsables de IT del cliente y los proveedores.Gestión de Problemas y Actualizaciones: Gestionarás las problemáticas, actualizaciones y adaptaciones en tecnologías como:Sistemas Operativos: Windows y Red Hat Enterprise.Servicios de AWS: Dominio y gestión avanzada.Bases de Datos: Supervisión de SQL Server.Comunicaciones: Gestión de TCP/IP.Opcional: Conocimientos de Oracle son un plus.Documentación y Procedimientos: Crearás y mejorarás procedimientos para optimizar procesos.Requisitos:Educación: Formación reglada en TIC, deseable Grado Universitario.
