Estamos buscando un Technical Service Manager (TSM) Multidisciplinar para unirse a nuestro equipo en Madrid.

Descripción del Puesto:

El Technical Service Manager (TSM) será responsable de la gestión del pool de sistemas, la colaboración con el CTO y la comunicación técnica con los responsables de IT del cliente y los proveedores.

Funciones Principales:
  • Gestión del Pool de Sistemas:
    • Trabajar con el cliente para garantizar la sinergia entre sus servicios y sistemas.
  • Colaboración con el CTO:
    • Ser el punto de referencia técnica para el CTO del cliente.
  • Comunicación Técnica:
    • Mantener una comunicación efectiva entre los responsables de IT del cliente y los proveedores.
  • Gestión de Problemas y Actualizaciones:
    • Gestionar las problemáticas, actualizaciones y adaptaciones en tecnologías como sistemas operativos, servicios de AWS, bases de datos y comunicaciones.
Requisitos:
  • Educación:
    • Formación reglada en TIC, deseable Grado Universitario.
  • Experiencia:
    • Mínimo 5 años en un puesto similar.
  • Tecnología:
    • Dominio de Servicios de Amazon Web Services (AWS).
    • Conocimientos en sistemas operativos Windows y Red Hat Enterprise.
    • Experiencia con bases de datos SQL Server/Oracle.
