.Job DescriptionYour roleIn a few words:As Talent Manager for the R&D teams, you partner with management teams to craft and run the talent strategy.How you participate in Resilience' success:You have a central role in making our company culture strive. Your objective is to make people management practices a competitive advantage for the R&D Resilience team.What your day to day looks like:Build a close and trustworthy relationship with management team.Assess teams' talent sustainability periodically. Build and follow plans to address problematics.Drive talent acquisition efforts & assess final candidates' culture fit.Manage / coordinate people processes (on/offboarding, role changes...).Write, re-write, improve, revamp, renovate, upgrade, enhance, refine, polish & update our people playbooks: talent acquisition, bi-annual reviews, performance management...Your teamSome of your teammates:Émilie, Talent Manager, is also a certified coach and sophrologist. She has an official certificate of competency from the swiss knife corporation of excellence.Your manager:Timothée is the VP of Human Resources, based in Madrid. He leads the team with benevolence, justice, and ambition.What your team has the others don't:We are collectively unstoppable on the dancefloor.About youYou are the right person if you know:Talent management fundamentals: talent reviews, skill mapping, training programs.The basics of how a digital product is developed, ideally in a highly regulated environment.How to detect weak signals, navigate egos, and handle uncharted people situations.French (that's what most of us speak) & English (that's how we write).You are the right person if you are:Great at creating deep relationships with your counterparts.A natural born coach (or even better: a certified one): excellent listener, challenger, non-violent communicator.Curious, eager to develop knowledge on a range of functions & on the health industry.Energetic, highly positive, and a force for good.You are the right person if you've worked:At least 6 years in an HR generalist or senior talent related role.Preferably in startup and/or tech environments.Interview ProcessInterview 1 with Timothée, VP HR - First assessment.Interview 2 with Emilie, Talent Manager - Technical Assessment.Business Case with Emilie & Timothée - Prepare & discuss a concrete situation.Interview 3 with Nicolas, CTO - Main internal stakeholder.Interview 4 with Raphaëlle, VP Corp Operations - Final fit & motivation assessment.GDPRYour personal data will be processed for the purposes of recruitment related activities, which include setting up and conducting interviews and tests for applicants, evaluating and assessing the results thereto, and as is otherwise needed in the recruitment and hiring processes
