At Q-tech we are looking for a Technical Sales Manager to join one of our important clients in the renewable energy sector in Barcelona Your mission? Transform prospects into engaged customers with a tailored solution through strategic opportunity management and relentless pursuit of sales targets.We are looking for someone who has deep technical knowledge, exceptional business acumen and a desire to grow and to be at the forefront of the energy storage technology industry, driving innovation and sustainability.Key responsibilitiesIdentify and target key market opportunities in collaboration with the sales teamOffer technical and sales support to clients and the sales teamPresent and demonstrate our product offerings to prospective clientsIdentify client needs and provide individualized solutionsConduct a needs analysis for clientsConduct live demonstrations of the SaaS productsTake responsibility for the handover of the Framework Agreement for customers using our standard documents and Framework Agreement Product Annexes, customized at the customer levelPrepare the SLA for customers, with only the annex changes defining the business-critical functionCreate deals in the CRM and monitor their statusClose deals by obtaining the signature of framework agreementsPrepare quotations according to framework agreementsLiaise with the accounting department on topics like purchase orders and sales ordersWork closely with the CEO to provide input on the growth of the business and align revenue strategy with overall company objectivesRequirementsA bachelor's degree or a Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or in a technical field or equivalent experience is requiredEnglish is a must. Proficiency in Spanish and/or Italian is a strong bonus.+ 3 years' experience in a technical sales roleExperience in the renewable energy or energy storage sector is preferredExperience in SaaS in addition to complex product offerings including managed servicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsComfort in developing executive-level sponsors.Ability to analyze the market, identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies to achieve business goalsSelf-motivated with a results-driven approachCompany benefitsPermanent contract 23 days holiday + day for birthdayOffice: Sants Estació, BarcelonaHome office: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Monday and Tuesday (mandatory to be in the office), the third day will be at choiceFlexible working hours and intensive working day in August
