We are very pleased to announce that Teleperformance is looking for a Business Development Director to join our Business Development team in Spain.
The Business Development Director will take full ownership ofwinningnew accounts and growing the accounts within the Travel Vertical in the Spanish Market. He/She will be developing and executing a local BD strategy that drives measurable results and supports the overall success of the new business development team across Spain.
The Business Development Director will be anSMEfor the Travel Vertical,owningand developing the GTM & Key Target plans and strategies that will form the basis for value driven sales growth - plan to include:
Analysis of strengths & weaknesses of current business with the Travel Vertical
Competitive analysis/strategy for penetration of new accounts/logos with the Travel vertical
To be successful in this role you must have:
Strong experience in BPO/Outsourcing
5yrs+ experience of selling complex Travel solutions
Highly skilled at developing a network of prospects
Solid knowledge across the Travel sector
Proven track record in hunting for new business opportunities
Hunting background/Mindset
Demonstrable background in developing go to market strategies.
Proven ability to manage Internal/external Stakeholders
Ability to work in cross-cultural environment and forge a relationship network across multi-discipline groups and occasionally third parties
This is a key role in Spain - you will be accountable for driving the strategy of increasing our Travel sector footprint within the Spanish region , you will be reporting to Spain's Chief Business Development officer.
