.Regional Sales LeaderAbout You:As the Regional Sales Leader for EMEA, Emerging Asia Markets (EAM), Australia and New Zealand, you will own the vision for our sales function, leading the upgrade of our omni-channel strategic sales capabilities and partnering with Cluster Leads in the region to implement the strategy.Reporting directly to the EMEA & EAM President and working closely and collaboratively with our Global Sales Function and Centres of Excellence, your change leadership and play-to-win mentality will leverage our competitive edge in both existing and untapped / under-developed markets.Based remotely, you will travel extensively (around 50% of the time) across the region.Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Leading the function, and delivery of sales targets, across four continents and seven clustersDesigning category growth strategies in partnership with the regional marketing teamUpgrading our joint business planning capability with key retailers across all omni-channelsElevating the strategic selling capabilities of our Sales LeadersCreating best practice capabilities to select and manage distributorsDelivering the yearly Regional Net Sales, Gross Margin and Operational Income targetsKey Skills & Experience include (but are not limited to):Significant experience in FMCG / CPG Sales with a proven track record of developing and running multi-country regions in an omni-channel environmentProven ability to foster and build strategic partnerships with key customers in a global, matrix organisationExperience in building winning sales team and creating the capabilities required to win in a wide range of countries, channels, and go-to-market modelsStrong track record of creating successful, motivated teams, with a unified culture focused on winning externally and collaborating effectively internallyFull proficiency in oral and written English, able to articulate views crisply and convincinglyWe Offer:Newell Brands has a strong footprint in the EMEA region, with several thousand employees spread over many corporate offices and manufacturing facilities.You might recognise some of our iconic brands, like Parker, Sistema, Spontex, Crockpot, NUK, Coleman, and Yankee Candle, to name a few
