This position is open to U.S. citizens who are either active duty members or family members of U.S. Military or Civilian personnel currently assigned to Spain.

Job Summary: As a sales associate you will be the face of our company. You will highlight our brand and image while contributing to building our reputation as a company that values its customers and their opinions. You will be directly responsible for assisting customers and helping them recognize the need for our products and services. Must be capable of learning about what we sell and articulating our purpose in a manner that is educational, insightful, and professional.
Duties and Responsibilities: CUSTOMER SERVICE: Proactively engage and connect with customers. Ask questions and listen to customer needs. Direct customers to merchandise and inform them about upcoming events and promotions.
ORGANIZATION: Maintain store appearance.
SALES: Cross-sell products, make suggestions to customers on the latest trends and promotions, upsell products, and provide product knowledge.
INVENTORY: Complete all inventory processes and ensure merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed.
DEPENDABILITY: Adhere to assigned work schedule and complete work assignments.
Other Duties as assigned.
Qualifications: PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE: Basic knowledge of products and merchandise.
EXPERIENCE: Retail experience preferred but not required.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Basic math functions.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to multi-task and work as part of a team.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Involves constant moving, talking, hearing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May involve lifting at least 25 lbs. and up to 50 lbs.
Work Hours: Available to work a variety of hours which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
No experience required. High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
