Let's make an impact together About the role: Are you passionate about creating impactful partnerships? As a Partnerships Manager , you will spearhead the development of strategic alliances with technology partners, playing a crucial role in enhancing Bdeo's service offerings and expanding revenue through innovative commission-based sales. In this global role , you will identify and foster relationships with key stakeholders in the insurance and fleet management sectors. Your expertise in partnership development will enable you to craft collaborative opportunities that not only drive revenue but also elevate customer experiences. With a focus on mutual growth, you'll navigate the landscape of potential partners, assessing their fit and aligning objectives to create compelling shared value. What you would be responsible for: Opportunity Hunter: Identify, evaluate, and prioritize partners aligned with Bdeo's mission. Build a partner pipeline that fuels our growth and strategic ambitions. Partnership Management Master: Design and implement a streamlined partner management system to create a centralized hub for partner history, activities, and relationship status, ensuring transparency and accessibility. Performance Champion: Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the partnership program. Utilize data-driven insights to proactively monitor, optimize, and elevate results, ensuring continuous improvement. Raving Fan Creator: Cultivate enthusiastic advocates within the partner ecosystem, positioning Bdeo as an indispensable ally in their offerings, and ensuring they are fully engaged and excited about our collaboration. Key Relationship Builder: Act as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective partners, nurturing strong relationships at all levels. Keep key partners engaged and incentivized as we collectively grow our businesses. Insightful Communicator: Provide regular progress updates on partnership initiatives across the organization, enabling swift and informed decision-making and fostering alignment across functions. Collaborative Innovator: Work closely with Sales and Marketing to craft compelling value propositions, joint offerings, and go-to-market strategies. Engage with the right partners at the right moments to accelerate deal cycles and drive revenue growth. Cross-Functional Collaborator: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to understand their needs, recruit strategic partners, and enhance traction.
