CommerceGate is a proprietary technology global online payment company that offers an end-to-end payment solution to Merchants and Partners.Solutions and Services provided:Payment Technologies: Payment Gateway platform, supporting Card Payments globally and Alternative/Local Payment MethodsBilling system, i.e Reconciliation, Reporting and Invoicing solutionsOnline Payments processing solutions globally, with a strong focus on the EU and LATAM marketsAnti-fraud and payment Risk Management servicesE-Money services, including SEPA Payment Accounts, Prepaid Card Issuing program and FX services are under developmentCommerceGates' offering is focused on the provision of E-commerce and Mobile Payment solutions to merchants in all sectors and supports a variety of geographics and payment schemes.The company's multinational team consists of almost 50 fintech professionals distributed among 5 countries (Spain, Ukraine, UK, Portugal, Brazil).We are seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team.As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by managing and optimizing lead processes, fostering new business opportunities, and ensuring seamless internal collaboration to drive revenue growth.This is a hands-on sales/business development position reporting to CCO, so you will need to be a confident salesperson in the payment sector, with a successful track record selling solutions for E-commerce merchants.Key Responsibilities: External Outreach: Research and identify potential new merchants, initiating outreach efforts to expand our customer base and create new business opportunities.Lead Management: Oversee both inbound lead qualification and proactive outbound lead generation, ensuring efficient lead handling for maximum conversion.Internal Collaboration: Serve as a vital conduit between the sales team and internal departments including Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Fraud to ensure swift and effective support to generate revenue quicker.Sales Support: Alleviate the sales team from internal administrative tasks, allowing them to focus on external sales engagements and client interactions.Process Enhancement: Collaborate with various teams to streamline procedures, reducing the time required to activate merchants and start revenue streams.Messaging and Scheduling Meetings: Develop and manage communication strategies and coordinate meetings for the sales team.Required Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in CRM systems like HubSpot and tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator for effective lead management and outreach.Experience with project management abilities with a track record of managing detailed, complex tasks.Excellent networking and proactive outreach skills to continuously engage and attract new clients.Advanced communication skills with fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.Good to have experience in the e-commerce / Fintech Sector / Financial Services Industry.What You'll Do: Identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities;Educate leads on the payment processing industry, trends, and the benefits of partnering with CommerceGate;Fulfill the sales pipeline according to the sales objectives;Ensure CRM reporting is accurate and updated for accurate forecasting;Outbound LinkedIn Sales Navigator;Personal objectives: Develop and execute outreach plans to attract and engage new merchants;Ensure efficient and effective lead management to maximize conversion rates;Foster strong internal collaboration to support the sales team in meeting revenue targets;Continuously improve processes to accelerate merchant activation and revenue generation;Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM reporting to support forecasting and decision-making;Raise external brand awareness in target markets/verticals and among the merchant communities;Key KPIs that could be implemented: Number of new SQLs generated;Conversion rate of leads to new merchant accounts;Time taken to activate new merchants and start revenue streams;Accuracy and completeness of CRM data;Efficiency of internal collaboration and support provided to the sales team;Successful planning and execution of industry event attendance;Who You Are: Experience in a sales enablement, sales support, or related role, preferably within the payment processing or financial services industry;Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with merchants at all levels;Solid understanding of lead management, CRM systems, and B2B sales processes;Accuracy and completeness of CRM data;Goal-oriented and results-driven with a passion for supporting sales efforts and driving revenue growth;Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions;You'll need to have: Proficiency in CRM systems like HubSpot and tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator for effective lead management and outreach.Strong project management abilities with a track record of managing detailed, complex tasks.Excellent networking and proactive outreach skills to continuously engage and attract new clients.Advanced communication skills with fluency in English;
