Sales Area Manager Sur EspañaMadrid o Sevilla o Málaga o Córdoba (Spain)Ref: QT7662 July 17, 2024 TRADE AND DISTRIBUTIONFUNCTIONSEstamos buscando a un/a Jefe/a de ventas de camión y agricultura, que reportará directamente al responsable nacional de operaciones.Responsabilidades:Aumentar las ventas tanto en unidades como en rentabilidad de neumáticos y/o servicios de la empresa.Desarrollar estrategias de ventas: crear y ejecutar planes estratégicos que impulsen el crecimiento de las ventas en su área de gestión.Gestionar el equipo de ventas: desarrollar, capacitar y supervisar al equipo de ventas para asegurar que alcancen sus objetivos individuales y colectivos.Mejorar la satisfacción del cliente: asegurar que los clientes estén satisfechos con los productos y servicios, fomentando la confianza y las ventas recurrentes.Analizar y monitorizar el rendimiento: evaluar y analizar los datos de ventas para identificar áreas de mejora y oportunidades de crecimiento.Expandir el mercado: Identificar y desarrollar nuevos mercados o segmentos de clientes.Mantener relaciones comerciales: Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes clave y socios estratégicos.Optimizar procesos de ventas: Mejorar la eficiencia y efectividad de los procesos de ventas mediante la implementación de nuevas tecnologías o metodologías.Establecer metas y objetivos claros: Definir objetivos claros y alcanzables para el equipo de ventas, alineados con los objetivos generales de la empresa.Control de Presupuesto: Gestionar el presupuesto del departamento de ventas de manera eficaz para maximizar el retorno de la inversión.Coordinación con los diferentes departamentos para la aplicación de las campañas de marketing, desarrollo comercial, asesoría financiera y mejora de la calidad de los puntos de venta en el canal Retail.Aplicar métodos de venta consultiva que permitan desarrollar la propuesta de valor de los productos y servicios de nuestro cliente.Requisitos:Licenciatura/Grado/Diplomatura.Experiencia en el sector. Los conocimientos y familiaridad para la venta de neumáticos de camión y agricultura son altamente valorados.Conocimientos Lingüísticos: Inglés B2.Más de 5 años de experiencia en ventas. Deseable experiencia en entornos multinacionales.De 3 a 5 años en la gestión de equipos.Manejo de Office 365.Disponibilidad para viajar un 90%.Mentalidad comercial, orientación al cliente y a los resultados.Capacidad de análisis y de desarrollo de planes de acción, seguimientos y toma de contra medidas.Buen/a comunicador, interno y externo.#J-18808-Ljbffr
