Estamos buscando al nuevo fichaje estrella para nuestro equipo como **IT Support**
Somos Sesame HR, **la solución digital que ayuda a equipos de Recursos Humanos **, managers y empresas a optimizar los procesos de gestión de personal, centralizándolos en una sola plataforma.

**¿Qué esperamos de ti?**
Para nosotros es imprescindible:
- Que tengas facilidad e interés en aprender cosas nuevas, así como una necesidad vital por mejorar las cosas y plantearse el estado actual de las herramientas que se utilizan.
- Que sepas trabajar en equipo, comunicarte y expresarte.
- Que tengas iniciativa, seas una persona proactiva y organizada, y que cuentes con enfoque al cliente.
- Que sepas adaptarte a los cambios. Somos una startup así que, puedes esperar bastantes curvas
**A nível técnico es indispensable que tengas**:
- Experiência de trabajo con herramientas de ticketing.
- Automatización de tareas (clonado de equipos, altas / bajas de usuario).
- Conocimientos en entornos de trabajo Windows, Linux y MacOs.
- Sistema de monitorización Zabbix.
- Conocimientos en hardware de puestos de trabajo y servidores.
- Estudios en Técnico superior de sistemas informáticos y redes, o similares.
**Y además brillarás ?si**:
- Gestión de directorios OpenLDAP.
- Conocimiento en sistemas virtualizados (Proxmox o similar).
- Conocimientos en gestión de centralitas VoIP basadas en Asterisk (Issabel).
- Administración de cuentas Google Workspace.
- Conocimientos de hardware/software de equipos audiovisuales y realización.
- Conocimientos de redes con uso de tecnología Mikrotik.
- Administración y gestión de los sistemas de almacenamiento (cabina de discos) y copias de seguridad. NAS Synology y QNAP.
**¿Qué vas a hacer en Sesame?**
- Resolución de incidencias, peticiones, problemas y realización de cambios.
- Instalación y configuración de equipos, Sistemas Operativos y aplicaciones.
- Mantenimiento proactivo de equipos en la red.
- Inventariado de equipos y gestión del almacenaje.
- Automatización de tareas reduciendo el tiempo de los procedimientos ya implementados.
- Tramitación de garantías con proveedores.
- Automatización de la plataforma a su cargo mediante la instalación de parches y upgrade de versiones. Mejora continua.
- Montaje de equipos audiovisuales y dando soporte a resoluciones de incidencias de los mismos.
- Generación de procedimientos y documentación técnica.
- Cumplimiento de la normativa ISO 27001
- Propuesta de mejora atendiendo a las necesidades de crecimiento y seguridad del grupo empresarial.
