Your Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Intern to join our team at MAHLE Electronics. As an IT Support Intern, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks.

  • Provide technical support for network and WiFi connectivity issues.
  • Assist in communication line maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Support mobile and fixed telephony configuration and setup.
  • Help manage computer storage devices and ensure data security.
  • Assist in E-Shopping requests and purchasing processes.
  • Monitor and maintain data centers and server rooms.
  • Support ticketing tools and ensure efficient issue resolution.
  • Contribute to local IT projects and initiatives.
  • Manage printer and server infrastructure.
