Responsibilities:
Develop and execute local Horeca channel based on food professional insights, competitor landscape, customer growth drivers, and business objectives.
Own the local Horeca strategy and drive 12Q plans based on channel and operator insights.
Work closely with the sales team to deliver impactful campaigns including relevant trade promotions and fairs.
Manage product portfolio activities for hero assortment, innovation, and renovation projects; lead local innovation projects from ideation to launch.
Create value for operators with Debic brand by delivering effective communication based on operator insights, guest trends, and top dishes.
Utilize data analytics to monitor performance and ensure maximum impact where applicable.
Manage local A&P budget spend and forecast.
Requirements:
4-6 years of proven experience in marketing, communication, or business-related fields; B2B or food service experience is a plus.
Good understanding of HoReCa channel (preferably within FMCG environment); if not, related industry experience with a big passion for food.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field.
Business acumen & budget management experience.
Customer focus: curious about operators and promotes outside-in thinking.
Strong execution of plans and activities.
Performance & data-driven mindset.
Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
Self-driven & creative, experienced content creator.
